Robin Quivers, famed radio personality and vegan enthusiast, admittedly had her troubles when it came to cooking. It was the day Robin almost burned the house down trying to boil water (seriously) that she finally thought to herself, “it’s officially time to learn my way around a kitchen” and sought help.

Enter me. After all, who better to teach Robin how to peel & boil potatoes than the Healthy Irishman himself?

Vegucating Robin came about when we (Robin and myself) discovered that we both believe healthy cooking is part great nutrition, part community building and part having as much fun as possible without burning the house down. We’re excited that you’ll be coming with us on this journey as we cook delicious vegetable recipes–all simple enough for you to try at home and tweak to make your own. And all the recipes will be able for print right here so you’ll have step-by-step instructions. No excuses!

Go to VegucatingRobin.com to see all the episodes.

See you in the kitchen! Cheers!
